• Built and maintained a centralized Asana + Dropbox system to organize and track brochures and datasheets across regions, giving cross-functional teams fast access to current materials and reducing outdated file sharing.
• Partnered with the brand team to standardize design templates and enforce brand guidelines — typography, color palette, logo usage, and imagery — across all design materials.
• Produced multi-channel campaign assets across print and digital platforms, including trend-driven email designs with animation and interactive elements that improved engagement.
